Touch Mother Earth Fest 2024

New Jersey festival includes live music, drumming, performances, yoga & workshops. May 24th-29th, 2024 (Memorial Weekend) at Camp Sacajawea Farmingdale, NJ*

#TouchMotherEarthFest returns with a festival of spirit. Come camp and immerse yourself in one of the various villages at Camp Sacajawea in Farmingdale, NJ. (Monmouth County)

Imagine a camping experience where you get to set up camp, hang out with a vibe, learn together, share meals and talk together in one place? Your facilitators, teachers, leaders, and other village members all together.

It’s not just a fun experience, not just a learning experience it’s a bonding experience.

Each village will have ongoing activities over the weekend and everyone can float to any of the villages and attend the workshops.

and on stage, dance to the live music, do yoga, attend a workshop, meditate on a sound healing, get a massage or hike the trails!

Choose from the onsite platform tents already set up on platforms (sleeps 2 – 6), rent a cabin (each sleeps 2 – 6), or pitch your own tent in one of the villages complete with a fire circle and vendors!

Not a camper? No problem. Folks close by can come for the day or all weekend and go home at night. But the real immersion and magic happen by staying over for the full experience in the forest.

Food vendors

will be onsite or you can cook over the fire. Hand-picked vendors will be set up in the villages and along the paths, so you can buy a drum, pick up some handmade soap, jewelry, tinctures, get a massage or reading, and more!

We have multi-culture drum, dance, music and workshops including African.

Our list of workshops and music is growing! We will be pairing world class drum workshops with multi-dance emersions. Drum and dance around the fire. We have yoga with Carla Haynes. Come listen to the mystical kirtan of Mirabai Moon. Dalien 13 Hands and Gypsy Funk Squad will provide energetic music, and dancing around the fire.

Additionally, we have an edible plant walk with Stephen Hoog, the lifecycle of the forest and a tree planting with Joseph Resch, and working with plant medicine with Jim Furey. Full schedule will be out soon.
